Privacy Policy

Atlas Care Science (ACS) is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and research ethics. Our data privacy policy ensures that your intellectual properties are protected, and your personal information remains confidential.

Data Collection & Usage

  • Only necessary information is collected, which is necessary for the editorial and publication process. This includes Author Names, Institutional Affiliations, and Email Addresses.
  • ACS strictly prohibits the sharing, selling, or unauthorized use of collected personal information for third-party marketing and commercial use.

Double-Blind Peer Review

For complete impartiality and academic integrity, ACS adheres to a “Double-Blind Peer Review” process. In this process, the identities of authors and reviewers remain strictly confidential during the review process.

Global Digital Archiving & DOI Policy

ACS ensures that all research papers are connected to the global network in the following ways:

  • Permanent DOI Assignment: Each published research paper is assigned a permanent unique identifier called a Digital Object Identifier (DOI). This ensures that your research is officially registered, globally accessible, and permanently citable.
  • Global Metadata Registration: ACS ensures the registration of the metadata of all published research papers in international scholarly databases, so your research is registered in all global academic institutions.
  • Persistent Discovery: Our system is designed to ensure that your research is “Live” and accessible in the future as well. Even if the website structure is modified, the permanent DOI link will always direct users to the original research paper.

Open Access & Author Rights

  • Creative Commons Licensing: All the articles published are licensed under CC BY 4.0, which means that the global community can read, share, and make use of the published articles while giving the authors the full credit they deserve.
  • Copyright Retention: The authors retain the full copyright over the published articles, and they can make use of the published articles as they deem fit for their academic and professional growth.

Ethics & Integrity

ACS adheres to the best practices in publication ethics, and the personal data collected is only used to enhance the author’s experience.
